The Scissors Position

For many couples dealing with banal sex lives, the Scissors position is guaranteed to provide a much needed breath of fresh air in an otherwise stagnant sexual relationship. The woman, lying firmly on her back, parallel to her man, positions herself just right so that both parties are on the other side of one another.
Although there are several ways to adjust and fine-tune this position, the woman most often rests one leg on the man’s left arm, bending it just below his elbow.
The woman then wedges her other leg between his legs, allowing him to sit up straight for motion and freeing his right arm and hand.
The man, as a mirror image of the woman, positions his right leg between both of her legs, slightly bending his knees as needed.
The man’s right hand can be used to hold onto her thigh, her breasts, or any other part of her.
The woman is also free to use her hands to caress the man’s legs, buttocks, or any other part of him she wishes.
Although the position may seem complicated or even clumsy at first, with a little practice and patience many partners find themselves returning again and again to the Scissors position in bed.
