The Bent Missionary Position

The Bent Missionary is a slight modification of the traditional Missionary position and can really spice things up in the bedroom when done correctly. Unlike missionary, the bent missionary position requires the woman to bend her legs upwards, elevating them as far above her head as possible.
By pointing her toes toward the sky, the man is then given full opportunity to angle himself to best please both himself and her.
The man lies on top of her and controls the full rhythm of the pleasurable experience.
When in motion, he braces himself by placing his fists on both sides of the woman and by resting his knees on the floor, extending his legs far out behind him.
This position is one of the best for deep penetration.
However, for even deeper thrusts, the woman can also place a pillow under her buttocks to further elevate her hips and bring her closer to her man. Although the bent missionary position is only a slight modification of one of the most popular sex positions, it nonetheless allows for completely different sensations than the standard missionary position.
